How to Play Word Blitz
- Choose a time limit and difficulty.
- Press Start Game and focus on the input box.
- Type the word shown on screen and press Space or Enter.
- Correct words increase your score and combo. Keep your accuracy high.
- When the timer reaches zero, your final score, WPM and accuracy are shown.
Scoring: correct words earn points based on word length and combo. Wrong submissions break the combo, so speed and accuracy both matter.
Word Blitz FAQ
How is WPM calculated?
Word Blitz uses the standard five-character word equivalent. Completed correct characters are converted to words and divided by elapsed minutes.
Does a wrong word count toward my score?
No. Wrong submissions do not add score and reset your current combo.
Can I paste words?
No. Clipboard paste and drop actions are blocked during gameplay to keep scores comparable.
Is my history stored online?
No. Word Blitz history is stored in your browser on this device using local storage. It is not an online leaderboard.
